  1. Scott says:

At the bottom of the elephant plastic shopping bag you can make out “made in ….” but can’t quite read the country. Far too many letters for Chad but certainly enough for Switzerland

Smuggled in to a country in a shopping bag !!!
    Ha ha ha

We also appear to have mislaid 2 x 2.5 kg blocks of semtex-H
    Page 1 of the report states 6 x 2.5 kg, this page states 4 x 2.5 kg

Another observation is this page [17] notes the semtex-H and the attaché case [briefcase] were delivered or acquired or ‘recovered’ some time later.

I’m finding the CIA report quite torturous to follow but when one reads page 1 of the report with the photographs immediately on page 2, the report reads to me like the whole package and the device were ‘recovered’ in situ but clearly neither the semtex-H or attaché case [briefcase] were all found or ‘recovered’ together which would mean the report photographs are a mock up.

At page 18 of the report it states no markings on the case but page 3 notes ‘a high quality Ecolac attaché case with combination lock’.

More importantly – The shopping bag!
I would take a guess at Made in Swaziland, the 2 Nelly the elephants could be the clue but I think this shopping bag has been brought to us by………
